Welcome to lp4d. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with the lp4d online gaming platform (the "Service") operated by lp4d ("us", "we", or "our"). These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Definitions

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and lp4d.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. 3. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register an Account and use the lp4d Service, you must meet all of the following conditions:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age. lp4d strictly enforces this age restriction and operates in compliance with international responsible gaming standards. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age to participate in online gaming activities according to Indonesian law and the laws of your jurisdiction.

3.2 Geographical Restrictions

You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the Service. lp4d reserves the right to verify your location through IP address tracking, device geolocation, and other technical means. Access from restricted jurisdictions may result in immediate Account suspension.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement with lp4d. You are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gaming activities. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

3.4 Single Account Rule

You may only register one Account with lp4d. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of any Funds held therein. Each Account must be registered in the Player's own name with accurate personal information.

4. Account Registration

To access most features of the lp4d Service, you must register for an Account. When you register for an Account, you must provide complete and accurate information. It is your responsibility to keep your Account information up to date.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide the following information:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Date of birth (you must be 21 years or older)
• Valid Indonesian phone number
• Email address
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah - IDR)
• Username and secure password

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to immediately notify lp4d of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. lp4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

lp4d is required to comply with Know Your Customer regulations and anti-money laundering legislation. As part of our verification process, we may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement not older than 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement showing your name and account number)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the requested timeframe may be suspended.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

lp4d supports multiple payment methods specifically tailored for Indonesian players, including major local banks and e-wallets.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata

5.2 Deposits

All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method (typically Rp 25,000 - Rp 50,000). You may only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account closure.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3 minutes during business hours. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply (typically Rp 50,000). You may be required to complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed. lp4d reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts.

5.4 Wagering Requirements

Before you can withdraw funds, you must meet a minimum 1x wagering requirement on all deposits. This means you must wager at least the amount of your deposit once before requesting a withdrawal. This requirement is in place to prevent money laundering and comply with financial regulations.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on lp4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit using a payment method in a different currency, your funds will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

lp4d offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published on the relevant promotional page.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type and are clearly displayed on the promotional terms page. Bonuses are only available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the promotional terms. lp4d reserves the right to cancel, modify, or refuse any bonus at our sole discretion.

6.2 Bonus Restrictions

Players may only have one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash value. Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotional terms, after which they will expire and be removed from your Account. Players who abuse or attempt to exploit bonus offers may have their Account closed and Funds forfeited.

6.3 Wagering Contributions

Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino: 10% contribution
• Sports Betting: 50% contribution
• Table Games: 10% contribution

7. Gameplay Rules

All games on the lp4d platform operate under strict rules to ensure fairness and transparency.

7.1 Game Integrity

All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results cannot be manipulated by lp4d or any Player. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are audited regularly by independent testing laboratories and are published on the game information pages.

7.2 Betting Limits

Each game has minimum and maximum betting limits which are displayed in the game interface. lp4d reserves the right to set and modify betting limits at any time. Players who consistently win large amounts may be subject to individual betting limits at lp4d's discretion.

7.3 Disconnections

If you are disconnected from a game due to a technical issue, any pending bets will be resolved according to the game rules. For live dealer games, the hand will continue to completion. For slots, the spin will complete automatically. Your Account balance will be updated to reflect the outcome once you reconnect.

7.4 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the rules published on the lp4d sports betting pages. In the event of a match being postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules. Settlement of bets is based on official results as declared by the relevant sports governing body.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the lp4d Service:

• Underage Gambling: Accessing the Service if you are under 21 years of age
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false information, or engaging in any form of fraud
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through unethical means or creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Money Laundering: Using lp4d services to launder money or engage in any illegal financial activity
• Bot Usage: Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to place bets or play games
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your Account
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing lp4d staff or other Players

Players found engaging in any prohibited activity will have their Account immediately suspended or terminated, and any Funds may be forfeited. lp4d reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

9. Account Termination

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting lp4d customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining Funds in your Account (subject to wagering requirements and verification). Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened.

9.2 Suspension by lp4d

lp4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. In the event of suspension or termination for breach of Terms, lp4d may forfeit any Funds held in your Account.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion from lp4d for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, your Account will be locked and you will not be able to access the Service. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lp4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical failures, interruptions, or delays in the Service
• Errors or inaccuracies in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service

lp4d's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited into your Account during the 6 months immediately preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming services. The laws of Indonesia may also apply to the extent that you are accessing the Service from within Indonesian territory.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising between you and lp4d regarding these Terms or your use of the Service, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or the courts having jurisdiction over the matter.

Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and lp4d regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. lp4d's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
